I use an integrative approach, combining EMDR,  Parts Work (Internal Family Systems) therapies and strategies for developing awareness.

This is an evidence based therapy that helps people process and heal from trauma by reducing the emotional impact of distressing memories or issues.
Parts Work- IFS(Internal Family Systems)

Focuses on understanding and harmonizing the inner parts of oneself that may feel conflicted, such as guilt, fear, or self-criticism.
Developing Awareness


Practical tools and  skills to become more aware of our thoughts, emotions, senses and how they link to trauma and stuck issues.  The goal is simply presence in the moment.
